SHIPMENTS

During your order process, You will choose your preferred delivery option with the estimated delivery time, which later on will be confirmed. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible and our internal regulations require us to send the order within 3 full business days. The whole process of standard delivery should take from 1 to 8 working days depending on the country and the prices will also vary accordingly. Our warehouse is based in Lodz, Poland, so usually the closer You are from that location, the quicker your parcel should arrive. We intend to provide You the best possible purchasing experience, so we also want to give You the choice of the shipment company.

Currently we offer delivery to Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy and Poland but we will be expanding our delivery area and we intend to operate in the whole European Union in the future. Further locations such as Ukraine, the United Kingdom, United States or Switzerland are also in the area of our interest. 

If Your country is not served yet and You really intend to purchase our product, please send us your request through the contact form and we will try to offer You some non-standard delivery. 

In the future we will also propose the express delivery option.
